Jet Set Paper Co. is a brand operated by Jet Set Society LLC. All products sold under the Jet Set Paper Co. brand are offered by Jet Set Society LLC and may be produced, fulfilled, or shipped either directly by Jet Set Society LLC or through authorized third-party manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics partners.

By purchasing Jet Set Paper Co. products, you agree to these Terms of Sale in addition to any applicable terms required by the platform through which the purchase is made. Pricing Errors

Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided at checkout.  Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within five   (5)   business days, unless otherwise noted. Shipping timelines vary depending on destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Jet Set Society LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Other circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier; however, Jet Set Society will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues when possible.

Third-Party Production & Fulfillment

Jet Set Society LLC may utilize trusted third-party production, printing, fulfillment, and shipping partners to manufacture or deliver certain Jet Set Paper Co. products. While we carefully select our partners, Jet Set Society LLC is not responsible for delays, production errors, or shipping issues caused by third-party providers or carriers. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving issues when possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Non-Customized Products: Returns may be requested within 30 days of receipt for non-customized products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging when possible

Customized or Personalized Products: Customized or personalized products may not be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Product Representation
